Standard Service Area- No Fees
My standard service area includes the following Colorado Springs ZIP codes, where services are included in base pricing:
80918, 80920, 80923, 80917, 80919, 80907, and 80924
These areas include neighborhoods such as Briargate, Rockrimmon, Pulpit Rock, Cordera, and surrounding north-central Colorado Springs communities.
Extended Service Area- $10 Travel Fee
The following ZIP codes are also serviced but require additional travel time and incur a $10 per visit travel fee for one-time or non-recurring bookings:
80921, 80906, 80922, 80909, and 80904
This includes areas such as Northgate, Flying Horse, the Broadmoor vicinity, Stetson Hills, and Old Colorado City.
Outer Service Area- $20 Travel Fee
Locations within the following ZIP codes require significantly longer travel time and incur a $20 per visit travel fee:
80908, 80905, 80903, 80910, 80916, 80911, and 80817
These requests may be accepted on a limited basis depending on schedule availability.
Recurring Clients & Meet & Greets
Recurring weekly clients and initial meet-and-greets within approximately 20 minutes of 80918 are not subject to travel fees.
Neighborhood Booking Incentives
Travel fees may be reduced or waived when multiple clients are scheduled within the same neighborhood or community.
If you have neighbors or friends who may also be interested in services, feel free to share my information. Scheduling multiple households within the same area allows me to create efficient routes and helps keep travel costs lower for everyone.
Extended Travel Requests
Some extended travel areas may require a 45- or 60-minute minimum booking depending on location and scheduling logistics.
Travel fees and availability will always be confirmed prior to finalizing a booking.
If your ZIP code is not listed, please submit a quote request to confirm availability and travel fees before booking.
